90-Day Program

Getting Started in ADHD Life Coaching with Trish Grigoleit

To begin,

The first step is to set up an initial consultation, either via phone or Zoom, depending on your preference.

This gives you the chance to ask questions and learn more about the coaching process.

If you agree that ADHD Coaching is right for you, you'll commit to a Starter Package, which includes 10 coaching sessions over 12 weeks.

Next,

We'll begin with a Strategy & Planning session.

During this session, we'll talk about your challenges, highlight your strengths, and discuss where you'd like to go or get an overall picture of where you would like to be.

Each weekly session is designed to help you gain new insight and awareness around your ADHD.

Together, you will create strategies and systems that move you toward your vision of success.

In addition to the weekly sessions,

You'll get regular check-ins through text and email to help keep you on track between sessions.

It's a chance to share your wins and ask any questions if you hit a bump along the way.

You'll also be invited to our Wednesday Focused Work Session.

Where you can get things done with some extra support and someone else keeping time for you!

As a result of this program, you will:
