As an ADHD Life Coach, Transformational Mastery Coach, and Health & Life Coach, my mission is to help individuals embrace their unique journeys and live fulfilling lives.
I was diagnosed with ADHD in my early 50's, and living with ADHD myself, I understand firsthand the challenges it brings at times.
My own path was filled with ups and downs, but it led me to discover my passion for guiding others through similar experiences.
It's my personal commitment to create a supportive space where neurodiversity is celebrated and everyone feels understood.
With certifications and extensive experience in ADHD Life Coaching, Transformational Mastery, and Health & Life coaching, I offer a holistic approach to personal growth.
My goal is to empower you with the tools and strategies to thrive, regardless of the obstacles you face.
