Why I care about making a difference....

Hi I'm Trish.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of guiding individuals through life’s ups and downs, using the skills I developed as a certified Life, Health, and Transformational Mastery Coach.  

It was only after my own ADHD diagnosis in my early 50s that I felt compelled to dive deeper into ADHD life coaching to better understand and support those like me.

Throughout my career, I’ve seen firsthand how the right support and strategies can turn struggles into strengths.  

I’ve worked with clients who felt overwhelmed, stuck, and unsure of how to move forward, and I’ve helped them discover the tools and confidence to take control of their lives.

My experience has shown me that it’s not just about what challenges we face, but how we face them and how we see ourselves in the process.  

As a mother of three in a neurodivergent family, I understand the ups and downs that come with ADHD.

Yes, our house is a blend of laughter, frustration, and the occasional misplaced keys (okay, frequent).

We’ve learned to love and embrace our quirks, and that’s the vibe I bring to my coaching – real, down-to-earth, and deeply personal.  

With my kids now older and off on their own adventures, it’s often just my husband and me.

Whether it’s hitting the open road on our motorcycle, jet skiing on a sunny day, or enjoying moments with our extended family, we cherish the little things.

Oh, and let’s not forget our three dogs, who bark at... well, everything. But they never fail to make us smile.

This personal understanding fuels my passion for helping others do the same.  

I believe that everyone has the potential to thrive, even in the face of ADHD.

My coaching approach is not one-size-fits-all; I tailor my methods to each individual, focusing on their unique strengths and needs.

I’m passionate about helping others see that ADHD doesn’t have to hold them back; it can be a source of insight, creativity, and growth.  

Today, I’m excited to work with individuals who are ready to embrace their true selves and live a life that reflects their strengths, values, and aspirations.
