I went into the 90 day transformation with Trish because I had recently gained back the 40 lbs I had worked really hard to lose prior to covid. I was so unhappy with my body, my health, and how I looked.
On the first session Trish said she wanted me help me love and be happy with myself the way I am.
Impossible! I thought. My mind was made up. I was unattractive at this size and my body was just uncomfortable.
The course was not always easy but Trish was always encouraging and positive.
I didn’t lose as much weight as I wanted but what I gained was so much better.
I am okay with how I look now.
Of course, I’d rather be slimmer, but I’m not afraid to wear shorts anymore I don’t look at myself in the mirror and cringe.
I love myself more. The habits I learned are invaluable and I think about food differently. I eat for nourishment and I don’t deny myself anything.

My husband and I were going through a very rough time and Trish coached me through it. She gave us the tools to work through our problems and gave us homework to do weekly. We still implement our weekly date night from drawing a suggestion out of a hat.
