This 30-day program is designed to do all of these things, while also allowing you

to experience first-hand the ways a life coach can assist you in gaining clarity and confidence,

One step at a time!  

Program Benefits

  • Gain clarity about your values, passions, and personal strengths.

  • Identify areas of your life that need attention and explore potential for growth

  • Based on your new understanding of yourself, develop a set of goals and aspirations and learn some useful tools and mindsets that will help you reach them 

  • Finally, we’ll delve into the question, “What’s next? What do we do after the 30 days?

Program Features  

1 . One 60-75 minute Discovery Session: In this session, we’ll discover what specific goals and dreams you have. Then we’ll set you on a path that feels genuinely motivating to start accomplishing them.   

2. Three 50-minute Personalized One-on-One Coaching Sessions: (via phone or Google Meet):

During each weekly session, we’ll celebrate your successes, explore your unique values, and overcome any obstacles guiding you toward your desired destination.  

3. “The Confident You” Plan [or “Blueprint”]:  Together, we’ll work to identify specific objectives and initial goals that naturally motivate you.  

4. Email and/or text access to me for quick celebrations or questions about life’s unexpected demands that may arise between our coaching sessions.

we encourage you to consider our

90-Day Program for more lasting changes and deeper transformation.

However, there’s absolutely no pressure. Our primary goal is to support you in your journey, no matter how you choose to proceed.
